Yes — every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. We'll import your data, set up your centre, and train your staff during the trial. If TheraFlow isn't right for you, cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

Yes. Until 30 Nov 2026, onboarding is free on every plan, monthly included. Founding centres keep the price they sign up at, for as long as they stay with us. If the plans still don't fit your budget, message us on WhatsApp and tell us what does. We would rather have you on TheraFlow than lose you over price.

A little. Starter includes 3 therapists and Growth includes 10; beyond that each additional therapist is ₹1,000/month. There is no cliff — one more hire never costs more than ₹1,000 — and the bill stops entirely at ₹17,999/month on Professional. Patients, parent accounts and features stay unlimited throughout.

Nothing breaks, and nothing jumps. Additional therapists are billed at ₹1,000/month each from your next cycle, and we move you to whichever plan works out cheaper automatically — you are never quoted more than the plan above would have cost.

Yes. On-premise deployments are available for centres with in-house IT. You get your own infrastructure and a perpetual licence to use — with backups, uptime and hardware managed by your team. Most centres don't need it: the hosted plans already cover multi-location operations, per-branch rates and consolidated reporting without you running any infrastructure. Contact us to discuss.

The Professional plan covers unlimited therapists across multiple branches, with a consolidated dashboard and per-branch rate structures.

Pay for the year up front and the per-month price drops. Growth goes from ₹9,999/month to ₹7,999/month — a saving of 20%. The ₹15,000 one-time onboarding fee is waived on annual plans, and on monthly plans too for centres that sign up by 30 Nov 2026.

We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All billing is in INR with GST-compliant invoices.
