Why TheraFlow?
Let's start with something uncomfortable.
TheraFlow isn't affordable for every therapy centre in India.
We know that.
For a small centre, ₹8,000 or ₹10,000 a month isn't “just software.”
It's someone's salary. It's the electricity bill. It's a therapist's incentive. It's a month's worth of rent for a smaller centre.
And when you're already trying to keep a therapy centre running, every rupee matters.
So why did we build TheraFlow? And why does it cost money?
Because we believe something else is expensive too.
Chaos.
What we saw
The therapy itself was rarely the problem. Therapists cared. Centre owners cared. Parents cared. Everyone was working incredibly hard.
But around the actual therapy, there was a completely different world.
One Excel sheet for appointments. Another for attendance. WhatsApp groups for parent communication. Paper files for notes. Another sheet for packages. Manual calculations for billing. Calls to find out which therapist was available.
And messages asking:
“Did the child attend today?”
“How many sessions are left?”
“When does this package expire?”
“What did the therapist work on last week?”
“How much revenue did we make this month?”
And when a therapist went on leave? Someone had to start digging through old notes and WhatsApp messages to figure out what was happening.
None of this happens because centre owners don't care.
It happens because the systems around them weren't built for the way therapy centres actually work.
That's the problem we wanted to solve.
What we didn't build
There are already plenty of them. We didn't need another generic appointment calendar with a patient database attached to it.
Therapy isn't just an appointment.
A child may have speech therapy on Monday, OT on Tuesday, behavioural therapy on Wednesday, special education on Thursday.
There are goals. There are session notes. There are home activities. There are parents who want to understand progress. There are therapists who need context. There are packages and missed sessions and rescheduling and therapist availability.
And then there is the business behind all of it.
Therapy centres are complex businesses disguised as simple calendars.
So we built TheraFlow specifically for them. Not adapted from generic clinic software. Not designed for hospitals and squeezed into therapy. Built around how therapy centres actually work.
For therapists
Not managing software.
A therapist shouldn't have to spend 20 minutes at the end of the day trying to remember what happened in six sessions. They shouldn't need to open a laptop just to update a note. They shouldn't need to call the front desk to know what the previous therapist worked on.
And a substitute therapist shouldn't have to walk into a session completely blind.
With TheraFlow, the goal is simple:
Open. Understand. Continue.
Session notes. Goals. Progress. Previous context. All in one place.
Because continuity shouldn't depend on someone's memory.
For parents
Parents don't just pay for a session. They are trusting you with their child's development.
And yet, one of the most common questions after therapy is:
“How was the session today?”
Not because parents don't trust the therapist. Because they weren't there.
They want to know what their child worked on. What changed. What they can do at home. Whether those small improvements are actually happening.
That's why TheraFlow isn't only about the centre. It's also about bringing parents into the journey — progress updates, session information, photos where appropriate, goals, weekly summaries, reminders, communication.
Because therapy doesn't end when the 45-minute session ends.
For owners
Running a centre shouldn't require detective work. You shouldn't have to ask five people to figure out:
How many sessions happened this month?
Which therapists are under-utilised?
Which packages are expiring?
Where are cancellations happening?
Which sessions haven't been billed?
How are your different locations performing?
What is your actual revenue?
You should be able to open a dashboard and know. Not tomorrow. Not after someone spends three hours preparing a report. Now.
Because visibility isn't a luxury when you're running a business. It's how you make better decisions.
About Excel
You probably already are.
Excel is amazing. It's flexible. It's cheap. And honestly, it got thousands of Indian businesses this far.
But eventually, Excel starts becoming the system holding everything together. And that's when things start breaking.
One formula gets changed. One person forgets to update a sheet. One therapist leaves. One package expires unnoticed. One appointment gets missed. One WhatsApp message gets buried.
And suddenly, a “free” tool isn't really free. Because someone is paying for it with their time.
Usually, a lot of it.
About the price
Fair question.
Because good software isn't free to build, secure, maintain or support.
Your centre's data needs reliable infrastructure. Your therapists need the software to work every day. Your parents need the app to work when they open it. Your data needs backups. New features need to be built. Bugs need to be fixed. People need to answer when something goes wrong.
And we don't want to build something that is free today and disappears tomorrow.
Your patients' records are too important for that.
We want TheraFlow to be here for the next 5 years. 10 years. 20 years. We want you to build your centre on it and know that we're still going to be here building with you.
We don't want to charge you for every little feature. We don't want to make you buy five different add-ons to run your centre. We don't want to charge you more simply because you hired another therapist.
We don't want pricing to become a punishment for growing.
Your centre growing should be good news.
That's why we chose a simple philosophy: one system, everything you need, no unnecessary feature walls.
And as we grow, we want to keep finding ways to bring the cost down and the value up. Because our long-term goal isn't to extract the maximum amount of money from every centre. It's to build something that becomes indispensable to them.
Built in India
This matters. A lot of software is built for markets where software budgets and Indian therapy-centre economics don't look remotely the same.
We understand what running a centre in India looks like.
The small 3-therapist centre. The founder who is also the therapist. The receptionist who is also handling parents. The owner who still checks the WhatsApp group at 10 PM. The centre that is opening its second location but is still running the first one on spreadsheets.
The founder who wants better technology but has to ask:
“Is this really worth ₹10,000 a month?”
We understand. And we don't want to ignore that question.
What we're building
Not another SaaS company. Not another dashboard. Not another app that centre owners have to “manage.”
We want to build the operating system for therapy centres in India.
The place where your centre runs. Where therapists know what to do. Where parents know what is happening. Where owners know what is working. Where nothing important gets lost between a session, a WhatsApp message and an Excel sheet.
And more time for what actually matters.
Better therapy.
Honestly
We're still early. We're still learning. There are things you will want that we haven't built yet. There will be bugs. There will be things we get wrong.
And sometimes you'll probably tell us: “Why doesn't TheraFlow do this yet?”
Good. Tell us.
Because some of the best things in TheraFlow will come from centre owners and therapists who use it every day.
We don't want to build software for therapy centres from a distance. We want to build it alongside them.
The real question
If TheraFlow isn't affordable for your centre today, we understand. Seriously. We're not going to tell you that you're wrong for feeling that way.
But we do want you to ask one question before deciding:
What is the cost of the problem you're solving?
Four hours spent every day managing spreadsheets. Missed sessions. Expired packages. Unbilled sessions. No-shows. Administrative salaries. Lost parent communication. Poor therapist handovers. Hours spent creating reports. Decisions made without real numbers.
Sometimes the most expensive software isn't the one you pay for.
It's the one you don't have.
The long game
Today, we might be a small company. Tomorrow, we want to power thousands of therapy centres across India.
And eventually, we want a centre owner in a small town to have access to the same quality of technology as a large multi-location therapy network. Not because they have a huge technology budget. Because they deserve it.
A child shouldn't receive better organised care simply because their centre can afford better software.
That's the future we want to work towards.
Why we exist
Not to replace therapists. Not to make therapy clinical and mechanical. Not to turn care into numbers.
Quite the opposite.
We want technology to take care of the operational chaos so people can take care of people.
Because therapists should be thinking about children. Parents should be thinking about progress. Centre owners should be thinking about growth.
And nobody should have to spend their evening fixing an Excel formula.
A centre where therapists have context. Where parents feel connected. Where owners have visibility. Where revenue doesn't quietly disappear. Where growth doesn't create more chaos.
And where technology simply does its job in the background, so people can do theirs.
Less chaos. More care.
And we're just getting started.
