Centre Readiness Check

Five questions about your own centre. Most owners can answer two. That is not a failure of effort — it is what happens when the system that would measure your centre is the system you do not have yet.

Question 1 of 5

How many sessions did your centre deliver last month — and how many did you invoice?

Two numbers. They are usually not the same number.

Question 2 of 5

Which therapist had the most unused bookable slots last week?

Name and number of slots.

Question 3 of 5

How many session packages expire in the next 30 days?

Question 4 of 5

How many children have not attended in the last three weeks?

Question 5 of 5

If the person who runs your front desk resigned tomorrow, how much of the centre goes with them?

The honest answer, not the one you would give a bank.

Answer all five to see where your centre is blind.

How this is worked out

There is no rupee figure here on purpose. Anyone can generate a scary number from a quiz. The honest position is that you cannot price what you cannot see — so this names each blind spot and points you at the calculator that prices that one from your own inputs.

"I could work it out" counts as a gap. A number you reconstruct is a number you only look at once something already feels wrong, and by then the month has closed. The useful distinction is not whether the data exists somewhere. It is whether it reached you in time to act on it.

Nothing you answer here is sent anywhere. The score is worked out in your browser and disappears when you close the tab.

TheraFlow tracks all of this for you, every day.

This calculator gives you a snapshot. TheraFlow gives you the live number — utilisation, no-shows, expiring packages and unbilled sessions, updated as your centre runs.
